  Here’s your opportunity to study the 3 new Fair Trading learning areas quickly , efficiently, anytime , any place. The 3 compulsory topics this year are:

  CPD Topic 1B: Supervision Guidelines & Rules of Conduct (1 hour)

  CPD Topic 1C: Cyber Security & Fraudulent Activity (1 hour) and

  CPD Topic 1E: Privacy (1 hour)

  Keep up to date with the new laws that are current to the NSW property market. There will be changes to the way you collect and store information form your buyers and sellers, keeping staff and customers safe at open homes, staying compliant with disclosing material facts and the new rules around Air B&B and renting out short term rental accommodation. Learn it all here. Includes assessment with immediate completion certificate issued.  Available online and in class.

  In class courses run every Monday in Parramatta, every Tuesday in the City and every third Monday in Mannering Park on the Central Coast.

  THIS COURSE SATISFIES ALL 3 OF THE REQUIRED COMPULSORY HOURS. 

  CLASS 2 AGENTS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE BOTH THE COMPULSORY AND AN ELECTIVE COURSE = 6 HOURS TOTAL. 

  CLASS 1 AGENTS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE COMPULSORY, AN ELECTIVE AND CLASS 1 BUSINESS TOPIC = 9 HOURS TOTAL.
