    This short course is a course of study for people who want improve their understanding of negotiations in real estate.  It covers the 18 Principles of Real Estate Negotiation from everything is negotiable to communication, preparation, timing, terms and deadlines as well as the 10 types of power that have a huge effect in negotiating. The skills you will learn in this module will be invaluable as you continue working in the property industry and will allow you to build strong and positive relationships with clients right from the outset.

    THIS COURSE SATISFIES ALL 3 OF THE REQUIRED ELECTIVE HOURS. 

    CLASS 2 AGENTS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE BOTH THE COMPULSORY AND AN ELECTIVE COURSE = 6 HOURS TOTAL. 

    CLASS 1 AGENTS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE COMPULSORY, AN ELECTIVE AND CLASS 1 BUSINESS TOPIC = 9 HOURS TOTAL.
