  This short course is a course of study for people who want improve their understanding of industry contracts in real estate leasing.  It covers the all-important written agreements and contracts with clients including Agency Agreements and Residential Tenancy Agreements, as well as a quick overview of the applicable legislation. The skills you will learn in this module will be invaluable as you continue working in the property industry and will allow you to build strong and positive relationships with clients right from the outset.

  THIS COURSE SATISFIES ALL 3 OF THE REQUIRED ELECTIVE HOURS. 

  CLASS 2 AGENTS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE BOTH THE COMPULSORY AND AN ELECTIVE COURSE = 6 HOURS TOTAL. 

  CLASS 1 AGENTS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE COMPULSORY, AN ELECTIVE AND CLASS 1 BUSINESS TOPIC = 9 HOURS TOTAL.
