This 18 module course enables the student to obtain their agent’s license (Class 2 NSW). This course is offered as an in-class course over 4 business days to students who have had at least 2 years’ experience within the industry. Alternatively, students may complete the course in their own time online. (2 years maximum period)

Those students will hold a current Certificate of Registration from NSW Fair Trading and have kept their CPD requirements up to date will be accredited an advanced standing in 1 of the 5 modules of the Certificate of Registration course (CPPREP4001-Prepare for professional practice in real estate) which will leave a further 17 modules for the student to complete. Students with real estate experience may also apply for Recognition of prior learning (RPL) and may receive further advanced standing depending on the evidence you can produce. Please talk to our trainers and assessors once you have enrolled to discuss a Recognition of prior learning application.(RPL)

Students who do not have a Certificate of Registration or who have not completed the 5 modules from the Certificate of Registration course will complete the full 18 modules of the course.
