About your trainer - Tony Hamilton
Hamilton started his Real Estate career in Parramatta NSW in 1988 as a salesperson for a large National Real Estate chain, Nationwide Realty. Through dedication and persistence, he became the sales
manager of the company overseeing some 14 staff and maintaining the day to day operations of an ever demanding real estate business. From 1990 the company went on to win the highest annual turnover
of sales commissions within the Nationwide Realty franchise chain for 3 consecutive years in a row. Eager to expand his knowledge base, Tony entered the world of project marketing working for Long
Industries and later subcontracting a sales team to various development companies such as Clarendon Homes, Bellevale Homes, Long Homes and various land subdivision companies. It was here that a team
of like minded professionals decided to pool their resources and “Community First Real Estate” was born in early 1995. Tony remains a founding Director of Community First Real Estate which operates 3
offices in Sydney’s West including Liverpool, Parramatta and Blacktown. He holds a current unblemished Real Estate agents license and has other business interests in companies that provide services
to the Real Estate Industry.
