    • CPPREP4001 – Prepare for professional practise in real estate
    • CPPREP4002 – Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
    • CPPREP4003 – Access and interpret legislation in real estate
    • CPPREP4004 – Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
    • CPPREP4005 – Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts

    This 5-module course is a pre-requisite for any person wishing to commence a career in Real Estate in NSW. Age pre-requisite of 16 years currently applies in NSW. Background checks including criminal history checks will apply and are undertaken by Fair Trading prior to the issue of a Certificate of Registration. Students have 6 months from the date of enrolment to complete this course via any method.
